These meditation classes in Thornbury are given as a series, but also work great as a stand alone class. So feel free to join at any point. Taught by Buddhist Nun Kelsang Osel. TITLES Meditation tool kit - States of mind to uplift your week Amidst the business of daily life our practice of meditation helps us to stay calm, inspired and uplifted. Each week these classes will cover a different meditation that can be used in our daily life to bring about a positive change in our view of ourself, the people around us and the situations that we find our self in. 15 Oct - Wake up happy 22 Oct - Generating positivity 29 Oct - Connecting to our loving nature 5 Nov - Feeling kindness 12 Nov - Peace of acceptance 26 Nov - Taming the restless mind 3 Dec - Finding peace in difficult times 10 Dec - Balance in Relationships DETAILS Our general meditation classes include a teaching, two guided meditations, discussion and Q&A.
