Start the new year with the powerful practice of ‘The Great Mother’, a method for overcoming obstacles and hindrances by reciting the Essence of Wisdom Sutra (The Heart Sutra)
Session times: 2-3pm, 4-5pm
The words of wisdom of the Kadampa meditation masters beautifully transmit their enlightened experience and by meditating on their words, poems and analogies we can follow in their footsteps to deeply transform our mind.
A truly inspiring retreat where we can find the space to explore our own approach to life, its meaning and purpose and use the enlightened insight of these incredible meditators to gain fresh perspectives and build a peaceful path forwards.

Retreat cost: £25 for non-members and free for members.
