Overcoming anxiety To balance the increasing turbulence of the world, Buddhist meditation teaches ways of looking at life that enable us to be calm, happy, and helpful no matter what comes. Through Buddha’s teachings, we can learn to develop positive habits of mind, oppose the tendency of worried or negative thinking and improve our capacity to find happiness within ourselves.
