Simple, guided breathing meditations with an emphasis on clearing the mind to let go of tension and overthinking, leaving us feeling clearer and mentally rejuvenated.
Session lasts 30 minutes with an experienced meditator guiding us through simple breathing meditations, with a short teaching from Buddhist practice and a contemplative meditation at the end.
Classes are £4 for non-members and free for members. This class is perfect for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice. Chairs and cushions are available. Any questions please email info@meditationinbristol.org
