An inspiring guided retreat, exploring 'Lamrim’, or ‘The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment’ which is the series of meditations consisting of all of the essential teachings of Buddha. Introduction: Friday 16th Aug 7.30pm Saturday & Sunday 9-10am, 11am-12pm, 2-3pm, 4-5pm.

Sessions last an hour and are at the following times: 9am, 11am, 2pm, 4pm.
An inspiring guided retreat, exploring 'Lamrim’, or ‘The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment’ which is the series of meditations consisting of all of the essential teachings of Buddha. Their order of presentation facilitates spiritual transformation as we follow in the footsteps of Buddha, shifting ordinary ways of thinking towards meaningful insights.
Course fee: £35 for non-members/ free for members.
