The classes will be based on 'Transform your Life'.

26th March - 16th April:     Finding the source of a peaceful mind:
"The principle causes of both happiness and suffering are in the mind, not in the external world. If we were able to maintain a calm and peaceful mind all day long we would never experience any problems or mental suffering". In this short course we'll explore the nature and function of our mind, and how we unearth it's potential as a deep source of inner peace. Everyone welcome

30th April-14th May:      Advice from Buddha's Heart:

During these four weeks we'll look at wonderfully practical and simple advice given by Atisha, a great Indian teacher, on how to live a meaningful life. Although written almost 1000 years ago, it's relevance and clarity
has inspired generations of practitioners of all levels of experience. Everyone welcome.

Each class includes guided meditations, a talk, discussion, and tea and biscuits. They are self contained and open to everyone. There is no need to book, just turn up on the night.
