At this branch class in Bath, you can learn how to meditate, improve your technique and use Buddhist meditation to increase inner peace, solve problems, reduce stress, improve relationships and find meaning in life. HOW BECOME CALM IN THE CHAOS – OVERCOMING ANXIETY To balance the increasing turbulence of the world, Buddhist meditation teaches ways of looking at life that enable us to be calm, happy, and helpful no matter what comes. These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners Generally these meditation classes are given as a series, but can also work great as a stand alone class.
