At this branch class in Bath, you can learn how to meditate, improve your technique and use Buddhist meditation to increase inner peace, solve problems, reduce stress, improve relationships and find meaning in life. Taught by experienced meditation teacher Cheryl Kemp. CLASS TITLES 10 June: Staying focused in a distracting world 17 June: Making every moment count 24 June: Looking through the mirror of Dharma 1 July: Solving problems with loving kindness DETAILS Our general meditation classes include a teaching and two guided meditations. These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also work great as a stand alone class. No special clothing is required No pre-registration is necessary Chairs are supplied Everyone welcome!
