What to expect?

Strengthening our state of mind through the practice of meditation is an essential life skill that will see us through difficult times. Learning a meditator's approach to dealing with our emotions can help us feel unstuck and stronger. Session times: 10:30-11:30am 12:00-1:00pm £15 for non-members / free for members
