Overcoming Anxiety: A 4 week meditation course
An inspiring, uplifting and practical course, looking at how to shift patterns of anxiety and inner fear, using simple Buddhist meditations to lighten the mind and find real solutions from within. Classes will consist of a simple guided breathing meditation, a short talk and further meditation with Natalie Franco, an experienced meditation teacher who brings the relevance of ancient Buddhist teachings to life with warmth and humour.
