Day and Half Day Courses at Amitabha KMC

These courses are suitable for everyone, for those beginning meditation and for those with a bit more experience. It’s a great way to take time out and relax and to learn how to practically apply meditation to our daily lives. 

All courses are taught by experienced meditation teachers and include guided meditations, talks and a chance for questions.

If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have developed symptoms within the last 14 days, or if you live with or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with/ developed symptoms of Covid-19 within the last 14 days, we kindly ask that you do not visit the centre. Please also be aware that wearing a mask is compulsory in our meditation room 🙂

Please book in advance for all of our weekend courses. We have limited the number of people allowed in our meditation room at one time to 6 people, so please be aware that bookings may become full quite quickly.

Sunday 22nd November 10:30am – 1pm with Resident Teacher, Kelsang Lamchen

Learn how to let go of stress, worry, anxiety and discouragement, and set the mind on a spacious and positive course.

This course will consist of two sessions:
10:30am – 11:30am
12pm – 1pm
