In person weekend courses at Amitabha KMC

These courses are suitable for everyone, for those beginning meditation and for those with a bit more experience. It’s a great way to take time out and relax and to learn how to practically apply meditation to our daily lives. 

All courses are taught by experienced meditation teachers and include guided meditations, talks and a chance for questions.

Half Day Course

Acceptance is a powerful, profound and deeply healing mind, when we learn to accept what we cannot change we can let go of what is really binding us to problems and difficulties and find peace.

This course will be recorded and will be able to view for 7 days after the event.

Post Spring Festival Weekend retreat

Saturday 18th – Sunday 19th June with Gen Kelsang Norden, Resident Teacher of KMC Georgia

Following on from the Kadampa Spring Festival in Malaga, we are delighted to be hosting a Post Festival retreat with Gen Kelsang Norden, Resident Teacher at KMC Georgia, Atlanta. This will give those that didn’t manage to attend the opportunity to hear some of the teachings from the Spring Festival, and those that attended the opportunity to consolidate the teachings and deepen their experience.

Schedule for the two days:

9-10am
11-12pm
3-4pm
4:45-6pm (with Q&A)
