4 week courses

A place to start & explore

Our Thursday evening 4 week courses are a great place to start and explore how to apply meditation to our daily life.  Week by week we can build on our experience as we explore how to practically apply the topic taught in the sessions.

We offer new courses every couple of months.  The content of each class can be applied on its own or as a whole set from the 4 weeks,so whilst it's very beneficial to attend all 4 classes they can also be booked and attended on their own.

We might be holding lots of responsibilities, but we don’t need to hold them with tight, stressed & anxious minds. Instead we can learn to think more meditatively- with focus, clarity and calm. This new approach to busyness adds value, growth and peace to our life.

Course fee: £28/£8 per class for non-members/ free for members.
