4 week courses

A place to start & explore

Our Thursday evening 4 week courses are a great place to start and explore how to apply meditation to our daily life.  Week by week we can build on our experience as we explore how to practically apply the topic taught in the sessions.

We offer new courses every couple of months.  The class content of each class can be applied per class, or as a whole set from the 4 weeks,so whilst it's very beneficial to attend all 4 classes, they can be booked and attended as a stand alone class.
