Weston-super-Mare classes

Explore practical ways both in and out of meditation to keep a happy and peaceful mind. Classes will consist of meditations, a short teaching on Buddhist topics and an opportunity at the end to ask questions.

Classes are taught by experienced meditation teacher Mandy Roberts, who has been practising meditation for over 25 years.
