About the event
Explore practical ways both in and out of meditation to keep a happy and peaceful mind. Classes will consist of two meditations, a short teaching on Buddhist topics and an opportunity at the end to ask questions.
Classes are taught by experienced meditation teacher David Towner-Jones, who has been practising meditation for over 30 years.
