About the event
Explore practical ways both in and out of meditation to keep a happy and peaceful mind. Classes will consist of two meditations, a short teaching on Buddhist topics and an opportunity at the end to ask questions.
Classes are taught by experienced meditation teacher Cheryl Kemp, who has been practising meditation for over 20 years.
