A retreat can be just for one or two days, a long weekend, a week or longer if we have time

Refuge retreat: Developing inner protection

Friday 8th - Sunday 10th March

Learn how to build a path to happiness and find real freedom from suffering through the practice of Buddhist Refuge.

Introduction Friday 7:30-8:30pm

Session times Sat 9:30am, 11:30am, 2pm, 4pm

Sun 9:30am, 11:30am

Retreat fee: £35 for non-members/ £15 for general members (free for study programme members).

Nyungnay fasting and purification retreat:
Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th April


A special fasting retreat in conjunction with 1000 armed Avalokiteshvara. This retreat includes prostrations and is an excellent way of purifying negative karma. Attendance at the first (6.30am) session is required for each day that you want to attend any sessions. To get the most from the retreat it is best to attend all the sessions.

Session times for both days: 6:30am, 10am, 2:30pm
