Children's and families classes

When: Saturdays 3-4pm

With Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Lamchen

In these classes we explore how to meditate, build a peaceful mind, develop a good heart and find happiness from within. 

Classes consist of short guided meditations, discussion and activities. 

Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult care-giver

Meditation helps us

deal with problems

By separating our inner and outer problems through meditation, we can solve our inner problems of worry, stress and anxiety and learn to view our outer problems as challenges and opportunities for growth and development.
