Meditation classes with Buddhist Meditation Society,
University of Bath
The Buddhist Meditation Society is open to all University of
Bath students. There is a one time fee of £2 with your
student union card to join the society.
The Buddhist Meditation Society offers an opportunity to listen
to and discuss Buddha's teachings and practice meditation. Each
class is self-
contained so drop in at any time during term. All levels of interest and experience
are welcome.

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful and to free ourselves from worries and mental discomfort. On this short course we'll look at the basics of meditation and how we can use it as a lasting solution to all our daily problems.
