These introductory classes are ideal for beginners to meditation and Buddhism. They present simple, practical techniques for solving our inner problems and increasing our peace and joy. Everyone can benefit from the classes.
The following series will be based on the highly acclaimed book Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

26th March -16th April (4 weeks)
A Daily Practice
During this course we will look at some essential practices taught by Buddha for developing a positive and virtuous mind. We will emphasise how to integrate these practices into our busy modern lives so we can be peaceful and happy wherever we are, whoever we are with.

23rd April - 14th May (4 weeks)
Learning to Cherish Others
This course will teach us how to develop our love and cherishing of others. Through this experience we can solve many of our problems and bring inexhaustible joy to both ourself and others.
'The mind that cherishes others is extremely precious. Keeping such a good heart will result only in happiness for ourself and all those around us'. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Transform Your Life.
