Throughout these classes we will look at inspiring meditations from The New Meditation Handbook by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Each class will explain a different meditation and how it can be practically applied to our daily life

Each class is self-contained, everyone is welcome to drop in at any time.
The class begins with a guided relaxation meditation, followed by a talk covering the particular topic for the evening
and a guided meditation based on the topic of the talk. There is the chance to ask questions and after the class the opportunity
to enjoy some refreshments and discuss more informally with the teacher and other participants.
