Live-streamed weekly meditation classes

We are now running a programme of streamed lunchtime and evening meditation classes that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home.

Class timetable

NEW online only class- Monday morning early birds meditation with Gen Kelsang Lamchen

Wake up and feel good with a relaxing guided morning meditation!

Streamed directly to you from wherever you are, so you can enjoy meditation from the comfort of your bedroom, garden, bus or train commute, or even from your work desk.

Class begins with a relaxed guided breathing meditation, followed by some brief guidance on finding peace in your day.

Class timings: Class lasts just half an hour and is available to view on Mondays between 6am- 8am

A simple breathing meditation with a visualisation to let go of stress and feel good!

Full of Potential- with Mandy Roberts

Meditations for a clear mind with contemplations on how the mind works and visualisations to experience peace.

Meditations to Lighten the Mind- with David Towner-Jones 

Simple meditations on loving kindness to brighten our day and spread happiness.

A simple breathing meditation with a visualisation to let go of stress and feel good!

Meditations for a Happy Mind- with Natalie Franco

Feel inspired and enjoy contemplations for an enlightened approach to life’s ups and downs. Learn how to generate happiness within by putting basic Buddhist teachings into practice.

Basics of Buddhist Meditation with Gen Kelsang Lamchen

Simple guided meditations and practical teachings which are perfectly tailored to these challenging times that increase inner peace, reduce stress, improve relationships and help to find meaning in life.

Lighten the Load: Thursday evening four week course

with Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Lamchen

Thursdays 8-9pm

September 9, 16, 23, 30

Life’s challenges can increase our tendencies to develop doubt, worry, discouragement and fear or uncertainty. Through training in meditation and using Buddhist philosophy we can develop positive minds and spiritual outlooks that enable us to move forwards peacefully and confidently.

The cost of this course is £20 or £6 for each class (free for members). Either book for each class individually below or you can book for the whole course on this page of the website: https://www.meditationinbristol.org/four-week-courses/

Class bookings:

All lunchtime classes are £3 and evening classes are £6. 

You should receive the links to the classes as soon as you book. If this doesn’t happen and you haven’t received the link half an hour before the class is due to start, please email us at info@meditationinbristol.org to receive it.

Monthly membership

If you regularly attend our classes and courses (online or in person), you may be interested in taking up our membership option.

For £30 a month, you can enjoy:

  • unlimited access to all our lunchtime and evening classes
