Meditation Classes in Chippenham

These classes will draw teachings from various Buddhist scriptures and aim to provide insights into the mind and how it works. With these tools of Buddhist psychology and philosophy we will have the ability to develop the qualities of our mind and guide it to ever deeper levels of inner peace and bliss. In this way we can greatly improve the our own quality of life and bring real benefit to the people around us.

Each class, taught by Becky Maybury, is self-contained (drop-in to any) and consists of guided meditations, a talk, and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Refreshments are provided. Everyone is welcome. There is no need to book, just turn up on the night.

Please contact beckymaybury(AT), if you would like notification by email.

      Hi Kate,
Yes our classes in Chippenham are what we call General Programme, which are suitable for beginners. Also you can just drop-in to any class when you wish to, or you can attend regularly – the choice is yours. The teacher for Chippenham is a very warm person and an experienced practitioner so you can ask her any questions you may have.

Could there be a concession price for people, say who are out of work?

      Hi Becky,
Yes we have concessions. Evening classes would be a suggested donation of £4 and weekend half-day courses £7. Please let us know if these concessions would still be difficult for you.
      Best regards
