Meditation and Buddhism
Everyone is welcome to any of these drop-in classes. The classes will introduce a different guided meditation each week. Each class is self-contained (drop-in to any) and consists of guided meditations, a talk, and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions of the teacher, Phill Pollintine (Phill.Pollintine(at)gmx.co.uk).

Fee: A small donation is appreciated but is not essential. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
