Evening and Lunchtime Classes
Each class is self-contained (drop-in to any) and consists of guided meditations, a talk, and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Refreshments are provided. There is no need to book, just turn up!

Basics of Buddhist Meditation – with Kelsang Lamchen
Simple guided meditations and practical teachings for increasing inner peace, reducing stress, improving relationships and finding meaning in life.
Tuesdays 7:30 – 9pm
Pathways of Peace – with Duncan Maybury
In these classes we shall learn a few simple meditations and techniques that are accessible to all and are known to enhance our happiness, peace and sense of well-being.
Mindfulness and Concentration – with Mandy
A short and light class, exploring how improving our concentration allows us to develop deep familiarity in meditation with positive, peaceful minds; whilst mindfulness allows us to stay with these minds without distraction, and remember them in our daily experiences.
Thursdays 8:00 – 9.15pm
The Buddhist Path to Happiness – with Kelsang Lamchen
Explore Buddhism and learn to meditate effectively in these practical drop-in classes.
All the above evening classes are drop-in, everyone is welcome to any class.
For Monday, Tuesday and Thursday classes we suggest a donation of £6 per class or buy a class card – £20 for any 4 classes.
Wednesday class is just an hour long and we suggest a donation of £4.
No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Relax and be still with an experience of inner peace. We request a facility fee of £1.
Tuesdays 12:30 – 1pm
Prayers for World Peace – with Kelsang Namkha
A gentle introduction to outer and inner peace, some short chanted prayers and a guided meditation from Transform Your Life or Eight Steps to Happiness. No charge.
Wednesdays 12:30 – 1:15pm
Inner Joy – with Mandy
Learn how to connect with the potential of our mind for deep inner peace and joy. We request a facility fee of £2.
Thursdays 12:30 – 1.00pm
Simply Meditate – with Phill
Relax and be still with an experience of inner peace. This is an opportunity each week to learn and/or practise breathing meditation. Everyone welcome, no experience necessary, drop-in when you like. We request a facility fee of £1.
Fridays 12:30 – 1.10pm
Meditations for a Happy Mind – with Natalie
This lunchtime class includes a short teaching and meditation on various Buddhist topics, with an emphasis on generating happiness from within and putting basic Buddhist teachings into practice. Beginners and more experienced meditators welcome. We request a facility fee of £2.
