Basics of Buddhist Meditation – with Mandy Wright

Simple guided meditations and practical teachings for increasing inner peace, reducing stress, improving relationships and finding meaning in life.

The next course of classes will be from Monday 30 January – 19 March (8 weeks). The first week is free!

Thursdays 7:30 – 9pm
The Path to Enlightenment – with Gen Kelsang Chonden

These classes are opportunities to learn methods for, and gain experience of, changing our minds for the better, for good.

Thursday 2 February – 22 March (8 weeks).

Classes in Clifton Village

Wednesdays 7 – 8:30pm

Classes in Knowle

Tuesdays 7:30 – 9pm

Drop-in classes with experienced meditation teacher Natalie Franco. Guided meditations for increasing inner peace and clarity, reducing stress, improving relationships and finding meaning in life.

Tuesday 21st February – 27 March (6 weeks)

Redcatch Community Centre, Redcatch Road, Knowle, Bristol, BS4 2EP.

We request a facility fee of £6 per class or buy a class card – £20 for any 4 classes. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Each class is self-contained (drop-in to any) and consists of guided meditations, a talk, and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Refreshments are provided. There is no need to book, just turn up on the night.

    Hello,
    I am really interested in coming to your meditation evening course on a Monday, but I have only just found it on here and realise I’ve missed the first one…is it ok to come next week and pick up from there? I have done only very little meditation before.

      Thanks for your question, yes it is fine to come to the class next Monday. Each class is drop-in so you can come when you are available, there is no committment to attend the whole course.

      Our drop in evening classes are suitable for all levels of experience. You can come to which ever takes your fancy. There is no commitment needed so you can come and go as you please.
