Meditation and Buddhism
Talks, guided meditations and discussion. Everyone welcome, no experience necessary. These drop-in classes with teacher Kelsang Namkha, are self-contained and may be attended at any time, although the more classes you can attend, the more benefit and understanding you will gain.
The talks and meditations relate to training the mind, inner peace and happiness, suitable for both Buddhists and non-Buddhists. They offer practical methods to help solve daily problems and enjoy a happy life, together with the insight and understanding of Buddhist wisdom. Contact Namkha for more information, on 07555 084353.
Time: Tuesdays 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Dates: Semester 2, Winter / Spring 2017: Classes begin Tuesday January 24th
Then every Tuesday at the same time until Easter break.
Venue: Chaplaincy Building, 1 Woodland Road.
Fee: Suggested donation of £2 but not obligatory. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
