Meditation Classes in Taunton
Term break – classes start again in April
In these evening classes we will look at practical methods to overcome stress and anxiety using meditation, mindfulness and alertness. Many of the problems we experience, including ill health are caused by or aggravated by stress, we can reduce this stress through practicing meditation and improving our mindfulness in daily life to become aware of unhealthy thought patterns that lead to unhappiness.
Each class is self-contained (drop-in to any) and consists of guided meditations, a talk, and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Refreshments are provided. Everyone is welcome. There is no need to book, just turn up on the night.
