Each week you will be guided through inspiring talks and uplifting meditations with experienced meditation teacher, Ian Kavanagh. If we nurture positive states of mind and guard against disturbing thoughts and conceptions, we can become our own inner protector. In this way anyone can improve their inner well-being and peace of mind.
Each class begins with a breathing meditation to help us let go, relax and enjoy some mental space. This is followed by a practical talk on the week’s topic; the class finishes with a contemplative meditation to lodge in mind what we’ve found useful from the class.
No need to book, simply turn up any evening you like. Everybody welcome.
