These classes will explore practical methods of remaining peaceful and happy in the face of difficulties and provocation. The emphasis will then move on to developing a good heart towards everyone we meet.
Through follow-up practices at home we can reinforce our experience of each stage of this course.  
Each class begins with a settling meditation to relax the mind. Then there is a short talk on the evening’s topic which is followed by a meditation to reinforce any practical resolution we arrived at from that topic. There will be time for questions and anyone wishing to, can stay behind for refreshments and chat.
These classes are self-contained and there is no need to book. Just turn up on the night.
There is a suggested donation of £6/£5 for each class. 
Or £20/£15 for  4 classes.
But no one is turned away due to lack of funds.
