Developing a good heart is the method to attain happiness for both ourselves and others. Our mind becomes peaceful and hence happy, free from the disturbance of anger and self-centredness. Our relationships become harmonious and meaningful, free from loneliness. Our actions will become more positive and fruitful. We shall progress spiritually. We all have the capacity to develop our loving kindness but we do need practical methods both in and out of meditation to do this. In these drop-in classes we shall learn those methods, practise them, and learn to apply them between classes.
