Understanding the mind: happiness and suffering depend upon the mind.
13 Feb:
Impermanence: accepting the transitory nature of life helps us deal with change and difficult situations.
20 Feb:
Actions and their effects: by understanding the law of karma we can avoid suffering and create the causes for our future happiness.
27 Feb:
A daily practice: how to bring spiritual teachings into your daily life.
5 Mar:
Non-attachment: learning how to be free from the fear of attachment.
12 Mar:
Non-hatred: developing a pure mind of love.
19 Mar:
Effort: joyful effort helps us to fulfil all our wishes for true happiness.

Each class is self-contained (drop-in to any) and consists of guided meditations, a talk, and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Refreshments are provided. Everyone is welcome. There is no need to book, just turn up on the night.

We request a facility fee of £6 per class or buy a ‘Class Card’ for £20 and pay for 4 classes in advance.
No one is turned away for lack of funds.
