The Buddhist Meditation Society offers an opportunity to listen to, and to discuss Buddha’s teachings and practice meditation with experienced teacher, Sharon Collins. Each class is largely self-contained so drop in at any time during the term. All levels of interest and experience are welcome.
The classes will be taught from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s books, many of which are available to borrow from the University Library.
