Bath Meditation Classes
Essential Mindfulness in city of Bath
These classes are ideal if you are looking for an introduction to meditation and mindfulness and also for more experienced meditators looking to take their practice deeper.
Although this can be viewed as a four week course each class will also be a self contained drop-in class.
The theme of these classes will be the power of mindfulness in improving our lives.
Each class will consist of a short talk, guided meditations, discussion and time for tea and chat for those who wish to stay on afterwards.
The classes will be taught by experienced meditation teacher David Towner-Jones.
Time: 7.30pm – 8.30pm

Feb. 22nd: The Power of Mindfulness
March 1st: Protecting Yourself from Negativity
March 8th: Maintaining Your Positive Mind
