These classes are currently on a term break.

Talks, guided meditations and discussion. Everyone welcome, no experience necessary. These drop-in classes with teacher Kelsang Namkha are self-contained and may be attended at any time, although the more classes you can attend, the more benefit and understanding you will gain. 

The talks and meditations relate to training the mind, inner peace and happiness, and are suitable for both Buddhists and non-Buddhists. They offer practical methods to help solve daily problems and enjoy a happy life, together with the insight and understanding of Buddhist wisdom.
