Meditation is known to reduce stress and anxiety and build focus and resilience. This afternoon will be packed with relaxing meditations and practical advice for building and maintaining a feeling of deep inner peace, clarity and relaxation that will see you through exam time and beyond.

Mindfulness ~ Saturday 6 May, 10.30 – 1.30
The busyness and difficulties of daily life often leave us with an uncontrolled and agitated mind. By training in mindfulness, we gain control of our mind and we are able to stay focused, moment by moment on what is constructive and meaningful. We shall experience deep inner peace and be able to deal with all life’s difficulties with a positive attitude.
The suggested donation is £8 which includes refreshments. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
