Post Spring Festival Retreat

with Kelsang Lamchen

June 2nd & 3rd 

We’ll review and meditate on the teachings received at the Spring Festival.
Session times: 8am,  10.30am, ( 12.00 Wishfulfilling Jewel prayers followed by lunch which can be provided),   2.30pm,   4.30pm (no 4.30pm session on Sunday)
(Only suitable for those who have attended the Spring Festival or those who have had many teachings on emptiness.)

There is no charge for this retreat although any donations will be gratefully accepted.

Clear Your Mind 

(A Buddhist Path to Happiness)

Suggested facility fee for this course is £20 for all 4 classes or £6 for one class.  However, no-one is turned away for lack of funds.

Teens Stress Buster Workshop

Saturday 9th June

Meditation reduces stress and builds focus and resilience. Take an hour out to relax and enjoy some meditations that build and maintain a feeling of deep inner peace and clarity that will see you through exams and beyond.

The Four Noble Truths

Sunday 10th June     1.30pm – 4.30pm 

With Kelsang Namkha     

This famous teaching by Buddha is suitable both as a starting point for beginners and as a clear path for practitioners so everyone can progress towards a meaningful and happy human life and liberation from suffering. 

Suggested Facility Fee for this course is £10 .( Includes  refreshments)

Meditation Classes for Children & Teens 

Saturday 16th June   3pm – 4pm   

Classes are from 3pm to 4pm on the third Saturday of every month through 2018.                                                      

In the classes children explore how to develop and keep a peaceful mind, a good heart and how to find happiness from within regardless of external circumstances.

The classes consist of brief guided meditations, talks, discussions, games and stories. Suitable for all ages.

Classes are guided by Kelsang Lamchen, who is a mother herself as well as being an experienced practitioner and teacher of meditation.  She is easy to talk to and radiates affection to all she meets

We suggest a donation of £2 per family/child, however, no-one is turned away for lack of funds.


Imagine a Life Less Ordinary

Through practising Buddhas profound Tantric Teachings we can quickly gain freedom from ordinary negative ways of relating to our self, others and the world around us and transform our life into the path of bliss and benefit.

An ideal opportunity to prepare for Highest Yoga Tantric Empowerments which will be granted by Gen-la Dekyong at the Summer Festival 2018.
