The supporting conditions of our day to day happiness are impermanent and fragile.  Learn how to develop a deeply stable mind that holds our happiness firmly in place when everything around us is changing and uncertain.

Peace of Mind and Happiness

Live-streamed and in-person 4 week series with Buddhist monk, Kelsang Namkha

Tuesdays 6-6:45pm

April 5th – 26th, further blocks of classes will be offered throughout our term times

This series will look at the nature of the mind, inner peace, and its connection to our happiness, helping us to learn new positive thoughts to help us find peace of mind and happiness. Gradually these skills will carry over into the next day so that our whole life can become meaningful and happy. For everyone, beginner or experienced.
