Life’s challenges can increase our tendencies to develop doubt, worry, discouragement and fear or uncertainty. Through training in meditation and using Buddhist philosophy we can develop positive minds and spiritual outlooks that enable us to move forwards peacefully and confidently.
Gen Kelsang Lamchen is the Resident Teacher at Amitabha KMC and has been studying Kadampa Buddhism for 20 years. She has a wealth of meditation and mindfulness experience and presents Buddha’s teachings in a clear and practical way, making them easy to integrate into daily life.
The cost of this course is £20 or £6 for each class (free for members). To book, please see the section at the bottom of the page. It is advised to book in advance for this course to avoid disappointment due to the amount of interest.
