Yoga of Buddha Heruka Weekend Retreat
Class/Course Date(s) & Time:
Friday 12th May – Sunday 14th May, Starts 19:30 Finishes 13:00
Recommended for those with some experience of Buddhist Meditation
Bodhisattva KMC (Venue Map & Information), 3 Lansdowne Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN3 1DN
*Please note: Even though the Yoga of Buddha Heruka is a Tantric practice it is not necessary to have a Highest Yoga Tantric empowerment to attend this retreat. However, attendees should have a sincere wish to receive one in the near future in order to fully experience the profound benefits of these teachings.
This weekend retreat will give people the opportunity to engage in the Highest Yoga Tantra self-
generation practices of Buddha Heruka. ‘He’ refers to emptiness, ‘Ru’ refers to great bliss, ‘Ka’ refers to the union of great bliss and emptiness. This indicates that through relying upon Heruka with faith we shall attain the union of great bliss and emptiness, which is the actual quick path to enlightenment.
The retreat venue
The environment of Bodhisattva KMC is very relaxing and there is plenty of time between retreat sessions to enjoy our café, to meet and chat with other retreaters and the community of Bodhisattva KMC, and to enjoy walking and gentle strolls along the Brighton and Hove sea front and promenade. The peaceful surroundings of Bodhisattva KMC help people to create a comfortable space within their own minds.
