Courses and Events
All the courses and events are held at Amitabha Centre unless otherwise stated.
What can I expect from a meditation course?
An opportunity to leave behind the business of daily life, and enjoy some time to relax and reflect. These courses include talks, guided meditations, discussion and the opportunity to ask questions. Refreshments of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. are always included and provided. During the day and weekend courses vegetarian lunch will be included. Everyone is welcome to any course.
Booking
There is no need to book for our morning and afternoon courses, just turn up on the day. It is helpful to book for the day courses so we know how many people to cater for.
You can book online (via paypal on the webpage for each course) or by telephone – 0117 9745160. For more information about any course or event please contact us – info@meditationinbristol.org.
To see what courses are coming up please follow the links above under ‘Courses and Events’.
