The Buddhist Path to Happiness: Training the Mind
Times: 8 – 9.15 pm
Teacher: Kelsang Lamchen (Resident Teacher at Amitabha KMC)
Course fee: £6 per session
Through training in meditation and mindfulness we can build and maintain a lasting experience of inner peace and calmness that does not depend on our ever-changing external conditions,. Our usual worries and anxieties will naturally subside as our new found inner stability enables us to cope with the ups and downs of life. Each class will be self-contained.
These drop-in classes will follow on from the How to Stop Worrying course.
