Mindfulness.

Half Day Course with Phill Pollintine.

Date: Saturday 20th July.
Time: 10:30am – 1:30pm.

Mindfulness is the life force of effective meditation. Through developing and maintaining mindfulness we can eliminate distractions and other obstacles to meditation and gain deep familiarity with positive states of mind.

suggested donation for this course is £12.
