Meditations for a Peaceful Mind

These classes offer methods for everyone to reduce stress, anxiety, irritation and other negative states of mind and learn instead how to become peaceful, relaxed and patient through meditation and mindfulness techniques.
Experienced meditation teacher Aileen Glen will guide a simple meditation and give a practical teaching that’s ideal for busy, modern life.

Everyone welcome.  There is no need to book, just turn up on the night. 

 The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful we shall be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we shall experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we shall find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.
