Meditations for a happy mind

With experienced meditation teacher and practitioner Stella Azzurra
 
Based on Buddhist psychology, learn timeless and transformative meditations that are aimed at deepening our sense of well-being and improving our relationship with ourselves and others. We will learn how to reduce distractions and enjoy a calm and deeply peaceful mind.

These classes are self-contained and there is no need to book. Just turn up on the night.
There is a suggested donation of £6/£5 for each class. 
Or £20/£15 for 4 classes.
No one is turned away due to lack of funds.
