The classes will be based on Eight Steps To Happiness

31st March: Finding inexhaustible energy from our inner wealth of compassion

7th April - 21st April: The end of collection is dispersion, the end of rising is falling, the end of meeting is parting, the end of birth is death

28th April: Learning to strengthen our mind by viewing others as spiritual teachers

5th May: No class - the venue is not available

12th May: Wishing ourselves and others to experience liberation from samsara

Each class includes guided meditations, a talk, discussion, and tea and biscuits. They are self contained and open to everyone. There is no need to book, just turn up on the night.
