Introductory day courses, Courses with Gen Chonden, Meaningful mornings, Special courses,
Retreats and Study programmes.

At the Centre we have a beautiful meditation room with some amazing Buddha statues. Seating is available on chairs but for some sessions some people prefer to sit on the floor. Out of respect for the Buddhas and kindness towards the people who sit on the carpet we request everyone to take their shoes off while in the meditation room.

Meditation For Human Beings

September 9th ~ October 14th

These six classes will look at how we can use meditations in our daily lives to be the human
being that we want to be. We can be mindful, be peaceful, be joyful, be contented, be kind
and be wise. We can have all of these good qualities and many more all at the same time.
Every moment of our life can become thoroughly enjoyable as we fulfill our human potential
of becoming an enlightened being.

These classes will help us learn how to ...
* Solve daily problems easily
* Improve concentration, clarity of mind and contentment
* Improve relationships
* Find peace, calm and a deep joy within our own mind
