Inspiring Solutions for Difficult Times

30th August - 11th October

Learn methods for improving our human nature and qualities, through developing the capacity of our mind. In particular we will look at how to transform difficult situations through the profound practice of patience, an essential companion in these challenging times. Based on the teachings in How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

30th August - Mindfullness and meditation
6th September - The four noble truths
13th September - Love, desire and attachment
20th September - Recognising our inner foe
27th September - The patience of acceptance
4th October - The patience of non-retaliation
11th October - The patience of wisdom



 



These classes will help us learn how to ...

*Solve daily problems easily
*Improve concentration, clarity of mind and contentment
*Improve relationships
*Find peace, calm and a deep joy within your own mind

Each class is self-contained (drop-in to any) and consists of guided meditations, a talk, and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Refreshments are provided. Everyone is welcome. There is no need to book, just turn up on the night.

What happens at a class?

We request a facility fee of £6 per class or buy a 'Class Card' for £20 and pay for 4 classes in advance.
No one is turned away for lack of funds
