New Evening Classes

Dave Towner-Jones will be giving teachings at the Centre on Tuesday nights from April 24.
Start time is 7.30pm. Your first class is free. Come and hear what he has to say about how we can Warm up our heart.
In these classes we shall look at how we can greatly improve our quality of life and sense of joy by developing a warmer heart and reducing any negative feelings we may have towards others.
These methods were taught by Buddha, are easy to understand and, if applied with energy, can completely transform our life.
