Open Monday – Saturday, 11am – 4pm*

Serving a selection of light organic snacks as well as coffees, teas, a sumptuous hot chocolate, and delicious home-made cakes. A lot of the consumables are organic and as far as possible, fair-trade.

This is a peaceful place. Many visitors have commented on how good they feel here. You may visit for the peace or for the delicious food, or both. There is also free internet access and a beautiful garden to enjoy. We have toys for children, baby changing facilities and also disabled access and facilities.

Find out about the meditation and teachings that are held in the Centre. The more you find out, the better it gets.

*The cafe will be closed on the following dates due to important retreats/events, please note these dates differ slightly from our printed programme : 26 March – 8 April, 21 April, 17 – 27 May, 12 – 31 July.
