Children are introduced to Buddhist Teachings on how to develop and keep a peaceful mind, good heart and find happiness from within regardless of external situations. The classes consist of guided meditations, short talks and discussion.

Suitable for all ages, younger children are welcome to bring a well behaved teddy or similar cuddly.

At the same time their parents and anyone else are treated to a session of inner peace in another room.

At the end we all get together for a party and a chat with some healthy drinks and snacks provided.
